"I have used various companies in the past for sayings used in our home, my daughter's restaurant, and in friends' and relatives' homes, but decided to give Vinyl Craft Lettering a try for some sayings in our winter vacation home in FL. I was so pleased that when I was put in charge of decorating and furnishing a house to be used as a domestic violence shelter for battered women and children, I knew I wanted to get the sayings from Vinyl Craft Lettering. I loved the guidance I received when speaking directly with Eileen. When I was finished with the order, which should have been around $100.00, Eileen told me she was donating the sayings to our worthy cause. I tried to pay for the postage, but she wouldn't hear of that either. It is so refreshing to do business with someone who not only offers a quality product at a reasonable price, but is also a generous and caring individual. "I ordered my first vinyl craft lettering last week and it arrived on the weekend...much faster than anticipated. The interaction I had on the phone prior to delivery was second to none. One of the best shopping experiences I have had in my 36 years of being a consumer! It surpassed in-store experiences I've had with some of the best, notable retailers. Other companies should look to your company as a standard for operating a business. As for the lettering itself, it really adds a touch of class to my decor. I couldn't imagine doing anything different with this particular wall now that I see vinyl craft lettering on it. Thank you! "

"This is my second time that I have ordered from Vinyl Craft Lettering and once again I was completely happy!!! Both times I had a custom order and needed a current measurement for the lettering. I emailed with the information I needed and got a response by the next day. I placed the order and within a few days, I received it and it was amazing!!!
