"I wanted to let you know how much we love how our signs look-although I am changing only small parts, it looks professionally done. You do a wonderful job with color and font choice-my big problem was trying to find the same font and a color close to the rest of the sign. And, your turn-around is much faster than any other company I checked out!! I have been complimented on "my" work, but have always attributed that info to your company as all I did was transfer the vinyl numbers/letters to the signs. Your name and company info is now in our parent-teacher guild records, so hopefully, even when I am not taking care of these things, they will call on you. Your prices are wonderful-at least 50-75% less than we would pay anyone on-island.
We are remodeling our home & I want to eventually put up some wall lettering. I will, undoubtedly, order from you at some point-I love the sayings & graphics on your site and have been quite impressed with your service!! "I was searching on the internet for a text on the wall for my daughter as a birthday present and luckily found Vinyl Craft Lettering. After contacting them by email and explaining what I would like as a text they guided me through the whole process in a wonderful way. Because I'm living in Holland they even helped me with the conversion from inches into centimeters. As soon as the text was ready I got a confirmation and even a tracking number by which I could follow the shipment. The whole package arrived in perfect order and the text was exactly as I had hoped for. Including a very clear manual for attaching it on the wall. Just great. "We got our order on Monday! Imagine how surprised and excited I was for such a quick turn-around. Having just ordered it on Friday, I never imagined it would have arrived so quickly.
Opening it up, I was thrilled with what I saw. It was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for, at such a reasonable price. I shopped around before I decided to go with you, and other people were charging triple what you charged.
